Wendy Brown Home, an independent, high end home furnishings store, is currently seeking a part-time Sales Associate for our store in Providence, RI. Great opportunity for the right person who has a passion for home design and an ability to sell beautiful high-end products and offer outstanding customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• minimum of 1 year of retail experience preferably in an independently owned store preferably luxury retail environment

• Must be able to engage with customers and help them find what they needed to buy and more.

• reliable and trustworthy

• Be able to Juggle. Work with one customer then 4 customers at a time, then shift to tasks when customers aren't around.

• Be technologically savvy but know that cell phones don't have a place during the work day.

• makes service a top priority.

• Consistently show positive attitude and take responsibility for own actions

• Be active and busy on the floor all day

• Ability to problem solve - anticipate challenges, ask questions and react accordingly.

• Excellent organization and multitasking skills. No task is beneath you.

• Strong sense of exceptional client service and attention to detail

BY THE WAY

• Can bend, reach, stretch as well as lift, carry and move at least 40lbs.
• Be willing to be jack of all trade for an independent business.
• Are at least 21 years old

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
